Staff exchange
If you are interested in Erasmus+ teaching or training at the Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences, please follow the following steps:
1) Contact the International Relations Office at your university and find out whether your university has an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences (formerly Tallinn Health Care College).
2) Please contact our Head of International Relations Grete Sõõru grete.sooru@ttk.ee and agree upon the dates and the content of your visit.
3) After coordinating your plans, please fill in your Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Mobility Agreement for Training and send the signed, stamped and scanned version of it to the Head of International Relations of Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences, Grete Sõõru (grete.sooru@ttk.ee), who will sign the agreement and send the scanned version back to you and the Erasmus+ coordinator at your institution.
4) KA171 mobility (partner countries outside the EU): one of the following forms must be used. Others may use these forms or your home university’s required forms.

5) Please contact the coordinator at your home institution to inquire about Erasmus+ Programme grants, as well as any additional funding opportunities or financial support options available.
6) At the end of your teaching or training period you will receive a signed certificate from the Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences. The certificate indicates the dates of your actual work days and does not include travel days.
If your visit is not part of the Erasmus+ Programme, please contact us directly to discuss alternative possibilities.
