Introduction
Introduction
Medical Technology Education Centre is an academic unit of Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences. It was founded in 2017 to improve interdisciplinary collaboration regarding studies, applied research, and development activities.
There are three study programmes in the Centre: Assistant Pharmacist, Dental Technician, and Optometrist.
The goal of the Centre is to offer internationally recognized studies in a modern and innovative study environment in the fields of pharmacy, dental technology and optometry, and be a competence centre in the aforementioned fields. Another aim is to promote instructed vocational fields in research and development (including through applied research), to organise continuing education, have an influence on public health behaviour and to help to develop a healthy living environment.
