Quality Work at the College

One aim of the College is to implement quality management system. The system supports the efficiency of the College ‘activities and raises satisfaction among college members, alumna and clients.

Quality is defined as the achievement of the aims that are up to the expectations and needs of the College stakeholders and meets agreed criteria. The results are measured and measured values are considered.

The quality insurance system is established together with other Colleges belonging to the Estonian Rectors' Conference of University of Applied Sciences.      

In order to fulfil the above mentioned aim there has been convocated Quality team at the Estonian Rectors' Conference of University of Applied Sciences on the ground of the declaration „The development of quality insurance system for applied higher education”. One task of this team was to prepare quality insurance agreements between member schools. Tallinn Health Care College belongs to the Estonian Rectors' Conference of University of Applied Sciences.

There is also a quality team at Tallinn Health Care College. The team is active since 2007 and the aim of the team is to develop the quality insurance system.
