18.-21. July. The Head of the Chair of Optometry Vootele Tamme is participating in the tuition course in Hoya Lens, Amsterdam

1. November. Annual congress of the Estonian Nurses Association, where is paticipating the Rector Ülle Ernits.

1. November. Lecturers of the Chair of Optometry Merle Väljari, Elo Olonen and Vootele Tamme acquainted young people in the Kristiine Youth Center with the eye construction, described problems connected with vision and tested visual acquity.

2. November. Meeting to discuss the questions connected with nurses´ practical training documentation.

4.-8. September. In the frames of the SOCRATES/ERASMUS bilateral agreement are  Andra Õismaa and Ulvi Jõgi teaching in Czech Republic, Universita Palackeho v Olomouci.

1. August - 31. December. Professional tuition course in nursing and care for teachers in the frames of the ESF project "Development of vocational education in the specialities of nursing and care".

15. August. Sate annual conference of the SOCRATES/ERASMUS programme in Tallinn. From Tallinn Health College are participating Ülle Ernits and Tiina Juhansoo.

DEVELOPING MENTORSHIP IN NURSING HIGHER EDUCATION
11.02.2006 - 17.02.2006

The aim of the Leonardo da Vinci programm´s project "Developing Mentorship in Nursing Higher Education" was to develop mentorship and offer corresponding training in Tallinn Health College.

In training participated and shared their experiences Rita Dries and Rita Van Den Bruane (KHKEmpen, Department of Health Care St. Elisabeth)  from Belgium.

1.-2. June. ESF e-key project seminar in Nelijärve. From Tallinn Health College are participating Tiina Juhansoo, Karin Lilienberg, Riina Orumaa and Kristel Soolepp.

6.-12. June. Study practice of Tempus project students in Kurgjärve diabetes children summer camp.

10. June. Tallinn Health College tuition day "Student- focused Tallinn Health College" at the island Vormsi.

3. May. Tallinn Health College was visited by lecturers and students from optometry faculty, Helsinki Polytechnic Satdia. They got acquainted with THC optometry curriculum and compaired it to theirs; the head of optometry chair Vootele Tamme made a tour of school, laboratories for vision study and optometry and also the dental technicians laboratory.

3. April. Planning of future cooperation between Tallinn Health College and East- Tallinn Central Hospital.

3. April. In the state language studies round table in Kohtla-Järve are participating the rector Ülle Ernits and Estonian language teacher Helju Remmel.
