ENDA Congress
Activities of the 17th ENDA Congress in Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences
From 14–17 September 2026, Tallinn will host the 17th ENDA Congress, bringing together leaders with a shared focus on Nursing Leadership for Sustainable Healthcare.
The congress will focus on key topics including sustainable workforce planning, leadership in healthcare transformation, technological innovation, climate-conscious nursing, and strengthening nursing leadership through collaboration and advocacy.
As part of the congress programme, on 14th September, Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences will host the workshop "Designing Work That Works: Burnout, Fatigue, and Human Factors in Rota Design," led by Dr Chiara Dall’Ora, Associate Professor, Health Workforce & Systems, School of Health Sciences, University of Southampton (UK).
Guests will also have the opportunity to visit the university, explore its learning environment and simulation centre, and learn more about educational and research activities.
The ENDA Congress provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen international collaboration, exchange best practices, and promote innovation in nursing leadership for a more sustainable future in healthcare.
