29.11.–2.12.2012 secretary of the Chair of Nursing Marii Haak takes part of the third meeting of the project CrediCare (Quality-oriented Accreditation of Vocational Learning Outcomes in Health Care and Nursing) in the framework of the programme LLP/Leonardo da Vinci in Dublin City University, Ireland. The aim of the meeting is to discuss the analysis of the study modules chosen by the partner countries in order to establish, which study modules can be compared with each other using the Module Level Indicator.
28.–29.11.2012 closing conference "Quality Health Services for All" in the framework of the project "Improvement of public health by promotion of equitably distributed high quality primary health care systems" (ImPrim) takes place in Riga, Latvia. 27.11.2012 coordinator of language studies Siret Piirsalu participates with the Estonian language teachers Heleriin Paeoja and Kerli-Liis Kirs in the Information Day of "Content and Language Integrated Learning" (CLIL) at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in order to introduce the implementation of CLIL methodology at the Tallinn Health Care College, learn about the CLIL methodology used in other universities and acquire knowledge from the experience of others. Siret Piirsalu gives a lecture at the Information Day titled "Implementation of CLIL Methodology at the Tallinn Health Care College".
26.11.–15.12.2012 there is an exhibition of accessions on health care compiled by the publishing house Krisostomus in the library of the Tallinn Health Care College.

22.11.2012 coordinator of language studies Siret Piirsalu participates with students on the Information Day of the Integration and Migration Foundation "Our People" titled “Keeleõppe arendamine 2011–2013” ("Development of Language Studies 2011–2013") in order to introduce the language studies projects of the Tallinn Healt Care College 2011–2012, analyse their efficiency and learn about the language studies projects of other universities to put this knowledge into use when writing projects the following years. 21.–22.11.2012 the head and a lecturer of the Chair of Midwifery Silja Mets, lecturer Irena Bartels, lecturer and an assistant Ave Kõrve and guest lecturer Aet Taremaa are in the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland in order to find ways for cooperation via shared subjects of the curricula and the exchange of students and lecturers. Another intent is to learn about the simulation centre of the receiving univesity with the aim of complementing the study classrooms of the speciality of midwifery.
21.11.2012 specialist of development and international relations Heili Sõrmus participates in the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences conference "ViAble Security" in Tallinn. The conference is concentrated on considering education as an important factor regarding security, questions concerning the education of security sciences and student migration with an emphasis on the question how to connect foreign or exchange students to Estonia after their studies have been finished. 15.11.2012 conference "Valere" for care nurses takes place at the Pärnu hospital. Participants from the Tallinn Health Care College are rector Ülle Ernits, vice rector Ulvi Kõrgemaa, head of the Department of Vocational Education Piret Tamme, teacher and a coordinator of curricula of the Department of Vocational Education Merike Kravets, students Tiiu Pärnmäe and Sirje Margus. Conference is moderated by a student from the Tallinn Health Care College Sirje Margus and workshops are conducted by Piret Tamme, Merike Kravets and Ulvi Kõrgemaa.

8.11.2012–13.11.2012 lecturers of the Chair of Pharmacy Alar Sepp and Merle Kiloman participate in the work meeting of the project 2011-1-F11-LEO05-06161 "Learning Materials for Pharmaceutical Assistants’ and Technicians’ Foreign Work Placements" (PHARLEMA) at the St John’s Central College in Cork, Ireland. The goal of the meeting is to discuss the outcomes of the project, solve problems connected to presenting the project reports, address questions regarding the international student exchange and to solve the possible hindrances concering the editing of the handbook, which is the final product of the project.
