Advertising competition “Erasmus+ exchange as a supporter of individual and professional development”

Dear Erasmus+ exchange students!

Tallinn Health Care College is happy to announce competition titled “Erasmus+ exchange as a supporter of individual and professional development”. We are collecting promotional materials from our Erasmus+ exchange students about their experiences abroad, which may give some ideas why to choose our college as your Erasmus+ destination.

Who can participate in the competition?

All students, who are currently studying at the Tallinn Health Care College or have been studying on having a traineeship abroad in the frames of Erasmus+ programme, are welcome to participate. All our previous and current Erasmus+ incoming students are also warmly welcome to participate.

Aim of the competition

We are looking forward to receive promotional materials that explain what Erasmus+ exchange period has given to you as a person and as a future professional! The aim of the competition is to find informative and creative materials that can be used for promoting the Erasmus+ programme, encouraging students to participate in the Erasmus+ programme and mediating studentsʾ experiences on the homepage of the Tallinn Health Care College, in the frames of different presentations and other mediums.

Please choose one of the following categories:

1) promo clip for social media
2) poster for social media
3) promotional video

We evaluate the content, creativity and technical aspects of the material.

Evaluation criteria

1. Content of the material – the piece expresses clearly, how has Erasmus+ exchange studies or traineeship supported your professional and individual development.
2. Creativity and artistic value of the material
3. Technical realization of the material

Prizes

The prize fund of 600 eur is provided by Erasmus+ OS fund and will be divided between the authors of the best materials.

6 June 2021 – deadline for sending the material

8 June 2021 – announcing the winners

9 June 2021 – awarding the winners

Competition conditions:

Promo clip for social media

• length: up to 1 minute
• technical parameters: resolution at least 1280 x 720 pixels, recommended 1920 x 1080 pixels, frame rate at least 25, format AVI or MP4.
• Please upload the promo clip to Youtube. Please send the link of the video to grete.sooru@ttk.ee latest by 6 June 2021. Please add your name and field of study to the e-mail.

Digital poster for social media

• technical parameters: format PDF, JPG or PNG.
• Please send the poster to grete.sooru@ttk.ee latest by 6 June 2021. Please add your name and field of study to the e-mail.

Promotional video

• length: 1 to 5 minutes
• technical parameters: resolution at least 1280 x 720 pixels, recommended 1920 x 1080 pixels, frame rate at least 25, format AVI or MP4.
• Please upload the video to Youtube. Please send the link of the video to grete.sooru@ttk.ee latest by 6 June 2021. Please add your name and field of study to the e-mail.

General conditions:

• For filming you can use handy equipment, such as mobile phone, photo camera or video camera. For technical help and guidance you may turn to Mr Andrei Pugatšov at the IT-office  (andrei.pugatsov@ttk.ee, +372 6 711 708)
• Please upload the promo clip or promotional video to Youtube. Please send the link of the video to grete.sooru@ttk.ee latest by 6 June 2021. Please add your name and field of study to the e-mail.
• Please send the poster to grete.sooru@ttk.ee latest by 6 June 2021. Please add your name and field of study to the e-mail.
• By sending the video or poster the author confirms that she/he has all the copyrights and other rights concerning the videos or photos (incl. permission from the people showed in the video or photos).
• Tallinn Health Care College may use the posters, videos or parts of the videos without the confirmation of the author both in Estonia and abroad without paying any extra fees.
• Tallinn Health Care College has the right to remove videos or posters from the competition, which content and technical realizations are not in correspondence to the rules of the competition.
• We announce the winners on 8 June 2021 on the homepage of the college and inform the winners by e-mail.
• Awarding takes place on 9 June 2021 at the rector's reception for successful students.
